By far the best phone on the market when it was released, with its UltraPixel technology, it still has one of the best cameras on the market. A 5-inch screen with 1,080 x 1,920 resolution (441 ppi), it has a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chip, with 2GB of RAM, and runs Android 4.4. The camera is best used in low-light, and has 5 megapixels on the front. It now costs $285 for the 16GB version.

With an incredible 5.5-inch, 1,440 x 2,560 resolution (538 ppi), this handset is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, with 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 4.4, and has 13 megapixels on the primary camera, and 2.1 megapixels on the secondary. It now costs around $289 for the 16GB version.

3. Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini

It has a tiny 4.5-inch screen with 720 x 1,280 resolution (326 ppi), and a homegrown Exynos quad-core processor, paired with 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and has 8 megapixel primary snapper, and a 2.1 secondary shooter. It has a fingerprint sensor, and is water and dust resistant. You can find it for $270 in 16GB.

A strange 4.95-inch screen with 1,080 x 1,920 resolution (445 ppi), it runs a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM. It runs Android 5.0, and has an 8 megapixel back camera and a 1.3 megapixel front camera. Priced now at $230 for the 16GB variant.
