I just bought a Ryzen 3 based laptop and i have to say, i was quite impressed by this little apu! For general tasks like webbrowsing, email, wordprocessing etc this apu flies through that with a breeze! It's a lower midrange apu, but that doesn't mean it's slow! You can actually game on this, doom 2016 for example stays around 30fps with the right settings, giving you an xbox one like experience, which is honestly not bad at all! If you want to play older or more lightweight games, this apu can handle it no problems! If you decide to play games on this apu, make sure your ram runs in dual channel, because Ryzen's performance will be way worse with single channel ram, especially the graphics side of things. And second, get the drivers from the AMD website, the standard Windows drivers are just fine for general usage, but for gaming, you want the Adrenaline control panel, here you can tweak the performance even more! Although this APU is considered an entry level APU, i am really impressed by the performance it has on offer!
