Aside typical stereotype of: weed, prostitution, party.... the city has much more to offer. It's relatively small to be a capital and you can bike/walk to almost anywhere. There are lots of events, street life and things to do. It's very friendly for expats.

Pros

  • Easy to move around
  • Everybody speaks english
  • Lots of activities
  • Safe

Cons

  • Housing costs
  • Weather
