Millions of fans the world over have been mourning the loss of the comedy legend Joan Rivers, who died two weeks ago aged 81 after complications from throat surgery. So naturally fans got a shock on Friday when River’s appeared to active on social media from beyond the grave. River’s Facebook account and Instagram were updated with a posts from Rivers raving about about how great her new iPhone 6 is.
Well the posts were in fact scheduled sponsored ads, which were quickly taken down. Oops.
