Sure, many sci-fi cartoons and TV shows for children made it look cool to be talking to a device attached to your wrist or typing on it but in reality, is it really fun to have? Let's try to dissect how the Rufus Cuff can attest to this. The smartwatch comes in 3 colors: Red, Black, and White which is a wonder because if they wanted you to channel your inner original Power Ranger, it should have come with pink, yellow, blue, and green too.

Anyway, aside from that it sports a 3.2-inch Gorilla Glass touchscreen display that lets you text in full keyboard, yup, can you imagine it? It's as big as a low-end smartphone on your arm. It also has 64GB internal storage for your games and music as it runs on Android KitKat.

Yes, it can take calls and lets you message your friends but that means you have to connect to Wi-Fi or pair it to your smartphone via Bluetooth to text and make calls.

To put it simply, the Rufus cuff doesn't offer much other than the features you already have in your mightier and definitely smarter phone. For $249, you get a front-facing video camera, GPS, 1175 mAh battery, LED alerts, speakers, and TI Cortex A9 Processor. Will you really want to watch your movies or read your e-books as you hold your wrist in front of your face?

But then again, some people are still excited for the Rufus Cuff (for whatever reason we can't understand). In fact, last year, its Indiegogo campaign raised more than $450,000 which surpassed its funding goal at 180%.
