Samsung Isn't Backing Down

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is looking to be the Korean giant's main weapon against the well-entrenched Apple iPad Air 2 is ready to hit the shelves this June according to SamMobile.

The tablet is aiming to pack a strong punch. It comes in two variants, the 8.0 inch and the 9.7 inch. The tablet comes encased in metal. That's right. Metal. Under the hood the Galaxy Tab S2 will definitely not be left wanting.

• 3GB RAM
• 32GB ROM
• micro-SD compatibility
• Android 5.0.2 Lollipop
• Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels
• Samsung’s in-house modem with Cat 6 LTE (300Mbps)
• 8-megapixel primary cameraand 2.1-megapixel secondary camera.

That's some hardware. 

Should Apple be scared? Not necessarily but it should give the Android market the platform to take on the iPad. 

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 has a worldwide release in June which includes, Europe, the US, Canada, China, Latin America, Hong Kong, Korea and India.
