With the Mobile World Congress just a few weeks away, every tech company is set out to launch and perform their best. The event will be held in Barcelona from March 2 to 5, and traditionally, Sony has participated in announcing some of their latest devices there. It would appear that Sony is already attempting to impress with their most recent smartphone, the Xperia E4.

Battery life has long since troubled the tech industry, but it would appear that the tech industry is set on reforming this, starting immediately.
The latest Sony smartphone has abandoned the Z- and E- series’ former aesthetics, which were sharp edges, and has instead exchanged them for softer edges, similarly to Apple’s iPhone 6.
The Xperia E4 will have a 5-inch screen with a 960x540 pixel resolution, as well as a fast 1.3GHz quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage. A rear 5 megapixel camera with full HD video recording capacities and a 2 megapixel camera in the front complete the device.
With surprisingly decent specs, we can’t wait for the smartphone to hit markets, which according to Sony, will be by mid-February, with phones available in black and white and with dual-SIM option. Although Sony has yet to comment on which markets they will initially target, we think it’s safe to say it won’t hit North America first.
