Competition is not lacking at Darpa Robotics Challenge Finals as the best of the best upcoming robotics engineers from around the world strut their stuff. The last robot standing was the DCR-HUBO. The US defense department ran competition had interesting tasks for its contestants such as opening doors and breaching walls. Made by Team KAIST from South Korea, this bi-pedal robot was fine tuned in many ways.
