The product itself is GREAT however the Oculus Support at META is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. My unit has a defect and there's rampant porch piracy. They fail at ensuring guaranteed delivery and refuse options to furnish replacements where the unit was bought if they do a recall even if you've purchased a store warranty! I've been trying to replace my defective Quest 2 for 3 months and have yet to have this issue resolved!

Pros

  • Great vr experience

Cons

  • Awful unprofessional and unreliable customer support at Oculus Support.

Don't get me wrong, I've had mine for nearly 2 years and the only thing i have issues with is stick drift. Controller life span (continuous use) is 1.5 years. after the V37 update that "Fixes the drifting issues" you can still feel the controller being sluggish after that.

Pros

  • Great DPI
  • Decent microphone

Cons

  • Controller Drift
  • Have to use Facebook just to use the quest 2
  • Doesnt allow you to use headphones with mics built in
