The internal storage refers to the built-in storage space available in a device for system data, apps, and user-generated data. With a large amount of internal storage, you can save more files and apps on your device.
Random-access memory (RAM) is a form of volatile memory used to store working data and machine code currently in use. It is a quick-access, temporary virtual storage that can be read and changed in any order, thus enabling fast data processing.
The CPU speed indicates how many processing cycles per second can be executed by a CPU, considering all of its cores (processing units). It is calculated by adding the clock rates of each core or, in the case of multi-core processors employing different microarchitectures, of each group of cores.
The device has a standard memory slot (such as an SD or micro SD card slot) that enables you to extend the built-in internal storage with affordable memory modules, or easily retrieve data, such as photographs, from the memory card.
Small semiconductors provide better performance and reduced power consumption. Chipsets with a higher number of transistors, semiconductor components of electronic devices, offer more computational power. A small form factor allows more transistors to fit on a chip, therefore increasing its performance.
A 32-bit operating system can only support up to 4GB of RAM. 64-bit allows more than 4GB, giving increased performance. It also allows you to run 64-bit apps.
The maximum amount of external storage memory supported by the the device.
The system on a chip (SoC) has an integrated LTE cellular chip. LTE is capable of downloading at faster speeds than older, 3G technology.
Using big.LITTLE technology, a chip can switch between two sets of processor cores to maximize performance and battery life. For example, when playing a game the more powerful cores will be used to increase performance, whereas checking email will use the less powerful cores to maximize battery life.

Perfect for multitasking and content consumption!

I really think the tab s8+ is the best tablet on market for things like multitasking and content consumption. The screen is amazing, bright and pleasurable as well, which is one of the most important qualities for a tablet, if not the most. The size is perfect, the battery is solid and the build quality is magnificent as well. There are people complaining about performance, because the new Ipad Pros have more powerful m1-chips and indeed there is a difference when it comes to benchmarks, but you won't notice any differences there. Even though benchmarks say a lot about the power of the device, I didn't notice a single difference performance wise compared to his competitor. I wanna be honest and therefore I have to admit that there is one app I have a small issue with, Genshin. As we all know, Genshin Impact is a triple A game requiring a lot of power and to be honest with you, the game is running not as good as on the Ipads. But let me explain everything first. The problem isn't exactly the device, but the optimisation. When it comes to Genshin, ios is better optimized for it, but it's matter of time to be honest with you. The new Android 12L is comming this year and that could potentially solve this problem. I personally play Genshin on my device and the problems I noticed weren't the fps, but the resolution. I don't know why, but everytime I play this game, my tablet would use only 20-30% GPU and also 50% of CPU, so everything looks kinda sad. I know that most of you would refer to the GOS issue occured at the release, but Samsung tried to solve the problem with their new update few weeks ago and it worked for all of the games, except for Genshin. That's why I belive it's more about the optimization. Regarding apps for content creators, there are good apps for drawing like "Clip Studio Paint" or less professional "Ibis Paint", as well as video editing app like "Lumafusion" (coming soon) or "Alight Motion" (for beginners - advanced). Of course there are more options for Ios devices, but there apps will be more than enough for most of the people. As an artist and editor, I can assure you, you will be satisfied with the new Tab s8+, even if you're a professional artist or content creator. There are so many things I wanna write down, but unfortunately I don't have enough space here. I definetly recommend you the new galaxy Tab S8+, expecially if you wanna be creative. Have fun, you won't regret it, promissed! P.S: The S-pen comes with the Tablet!
